Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of covered parking services made through the eliteparking.pisa.it website. The purchase of services implies acceptance of the following conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

  1. Subject of the Contract

1.1 This contract governs the purchase of unattended covered parking services at facilities operated by TM21 Srl.

1.2 The main features of the services offered are described in detail within the pages of the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to read these descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  1. Method of Reservation

2.1 Parking reservation is done online through the website.

2.2 At the time of booking, the customer must provide the requested data, including vehicle, parking period and personal details.

2.3 The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment is received from the customer and a confirmation email is sent by the manager. Therefore, we are not liable for non-receipt of it if it is blocked or placed in the receiver’s spam.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices of services are shown on the site and include VAT. Any price changes will be applied only to reservations after the change.

3.2 Payment must be made at the time of booking, using the payment methods available on the site.

3.3 The receipt or invoice will be sent to the customer by email.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 It is possible to request cancellation of the reservation and obtain a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the reserved parking period.

4.2 For cancellations requested within 24 hours of the start of the reservation, there is no refund.

4.3 Deletion requests must be made using the appropriate function of the application.

4.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of the request, using the same payment method used by the customer.

  1. Parking Use Rules

5.1 The customer is required to comply with the times and conditions specified in the reservation.

5.2 The operator is not responsible for any theft and/or damage to items left unattended inside the vehicle.

5.3 Parking is reserved exclusively for the vehicles indicated at the time of reservation.

5.4 It is forbidden:

– Leaving vehicles in an abandoned state;

– Perform repairs or maintenance operations within the parking lot;

– Use the parking lot for purposes other than temporary parking.

  1. Responsibility

6.1 Parking Management is not liable for theft and/or tampering of items left unattended inside the car, nor for theft and/or vandalism of cars parked inside the parking lot.

6.2 It is forbidden to keep inside parked cars flammable materials and/or substances, animals or objects whose presence may for any reason constitute danger.

6.3 Users are asked to immediately report any damage done to other cars.

  1. Changes and Updates

7.1 The operator reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be valid for reservations made after the new conditions are published on the website.

  1. Privacy

8.1 Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

  1. Jurisdiction

9.1 For any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution or termination of this contract, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory, shall have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the court of Pisa will have jurisdiction.
